A Night in Venice

Join us for “A Night in Venice” as we transform the Hotel Hershey into a Venetian Plaza to celebrate the America’s Oldest Summer Theatre in our Ruby (95th) Anniversary on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 5-9pm.

The Gala is our largest fundraising event of the year, providing financial support to our one-of-a kind Touring Outreach Program that impacts 7,500 students through theatre in schools, our Professional Summer Internship Program that provides a rare paid, hands-on job training to early career actors, technicians, and administrators, as well as provide accessible live theatre opportunities for under-resourced children throughout Central PA.
The evening includes exciting silent and live auction prizes, Mediterranean passed hors d'oeuvres, and the choice of a delicious Chicken Roulade or Brown Butter Gnocchi for dinner followed by dessert.
Pricing:
Individual tickets - $175 each
Table for 10 - $1,500 (save $25 per person)

As a 501(c)3, all donated items and a portion of all sponsorships, tables, and tickets are tax-deductible. We know the generosity of our community is resilient, and that our loyal donors and patrons want to support small, local businesses through the purchase of auction items.

Sponsorships include premium table for 10 guests, VIP champagne toast and early access to the auction, digital marketing, ad/logo placement, mentions during the live event and tickets to our 2022 Summer Season.
Advertising includes digital logo placement and recognition, as well as print advertising.
